Now Hiring - Pharmaceutical Cardiometabolic Sales – Customer Engagement Manager in Chicago, IL

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sanofi – an established and globally renowned pharmaceutical company as a Customer Engagement Manager.

The US GenMeds team at Sanofi is becoming a more agile, digital savvy organization, and we are responsible for the implementation of our go-to-market strategy within the newly created CardioMetabolic team.

Our Customer Engagement Managers are responsible for engaging and building relationships with Endocrinologists, Cardiologists, PCPs and other key customers in small, dedicated territories, promoting two of Sanofi’s well-established products.

Successful candidates will be creative, thoughtful individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are also well versed and experienced in using different omni-channel approaches to close deals.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• A minimum of 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales experience required.
• A Minimum of 2 years’ calling on Endocrinologists or PCPs or Cardiologists.
• Preferred Account Management Experience or like experience in Medical Surgical or complex account selling.
• Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments operating with a high degree of integrity within compliance guidelines.
